Coach Caroline
Hi, I'm Coach Caroline! I've been coaching and teaching nutrition since I finished up my nutrition degree in 2019! My passion for health and wellness started in 2015, but not in a great way. I started overly restricting my food and overdoing my exercise to become the smallest version of myself. What I quickly learned was that this was not the healthiest version of myself and I was miserable. I realized how impactful food is and how much more complex it is that just "what we eat." Our relationship with food can run DEEP, and even bring a lot of shame (which it shouldn't!). I believe that you are meant to enjoy food, but that doesn't mean you can't simultaneously hit your goals! Becoming the best/healthiest version of yourself often includes creating healthy habits - this is where I come in! I became a Registered Dietitian to teach individuals like you how to lose weight and build sustainable habits to hit goals you have always wanted WITHOUT giving up foods you love, starving, or feeling overly restricted.

Personal
I currently live in Southern California with my husband, but I was originally born and raised in Indiana (still a Midwesterner at heart!). While being a coach here at ASC, I am a Registered Dietitian and see patients virtually. I am also a social media manager and content creator, so I LOVE being creative! I have a lot of passions, so you'll never catch me with just one job. This is why I love working with busy women and helping incorporate habits into your life - because I understand the struggle!
